This notice explains what Table & Fork Restaurant Consultant (“Table & Fork”, “we”) does with the personal details you share through this website. It is written in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to restaurantconsultant@tableandfork.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if given, city, the type of venue, budget and timing if given, and your message. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know which marketing brings genuine enquiries. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep the contact details and the content of that conversation.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver consulting work you ask for, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter without asking.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in a private lead inbox on our website hosting (Railway) in a database, and a copy is emailed to our team. Only Table & Fork staff who handle enquiries can see them. The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiry submissions; these set cookies subject to Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact about a project and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing restaurantconsultant@tableandfork.com or calling +91 84848 64043. You can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead of using the forms.

If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page and the date above.
